Every company has different needs when it comes to headshots so I’ve tried my best to create options that are flexible for businesses of all sizes. I've been in the high volume photography industry for over 10 years. Most of my time has been spent photographing sports associations within the city. On average, we can manage anywhere from 300 - 500 nervous kids in a day. With this experience I’m certain I’ll be able to work with all members of your team to create a professional, lighthearted and fun environment for everyone.

Company and Team Headshots

If your team requires a studio space please let me know during our phone consultation so I can make the necessary arrangements. The images will be shot shoulders up. I have access to a shared professional studio space when necessary. There is an additional fee for this rental, depending on time needed.

We have flexible retainer options for companies and corporations who would like to start an account with us. This helps when new employees are onboarded and need images that are consistent with the rest of your company. We keep all shoot plans to ensure we’re able to recreate the same image you had last time. This makes it easy for them to book an appointment at their convenience.

All purchased headshots receive professional retouching that includes blemish removal, skin retouching, stray hair removal, dark-eye correction and teeth whitening. All images are delivered in high resolution JPG format that is perfect for your website, business cards, signs, billboards, print and social media. We export images at full resolution for you and also include images saved at optimal sizes for all use cases.

On Location Team Headshots

I bring the studio to you. I setup an on site studio and can photograph several employees quickly making sure to keep downtime minimal so your team can get back to business.

On the day of the photoshoot myself and my team (if necessary) will arrive early to setup an on location photo studio, prepare test images and go over the plan with whoever is running the show on your end.

On average it takes me about 5-10 minutes to photograph each team member and everyone is welcome to reviewing their images with me as we go. This is the best way to make sure everyone is happy about their final result and also keeps the interruption to everyone’s workday minimal.

If your company had selected the retouching services, each team member will be able to review their images with me and select their favorite headshots on the spot. My services come with a Satisfaction Guarantee

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We do our best to respond within one business day. Once we’re in touch we’ll start with a fifteen minute phone consultation and review your project. During our call we’ll go over how we can best work together, how the images we create can be used and schedule your shoot.

  • Our objective is to keep our sessions stress free and easy. We’ll be sharing images with you as we go to ensure we’re on the right track. Depending on the shoot the images will be displayed on an external monitor or the back of the camera.

  • When it comes to clothing we suggest dressing in an outfit that makes you feel confident and comfortable. Bring a few outfit options so you can have a variety of looks to choose from.

  • We have a hair and makeup artist that we collaborate with and can book them in advance at an extra fee.

    For women: Whether you use our in-house makeup artist or choose your own, we suggest getting your hair and makeup professionally done for the photoshoot.

    For men: We suggest getting your hair cut at least 3 days in advance.

  • Retouching and editing includes sharpening images, blemish removal, adding or removing objects and people, dodging and burning, replacing skies, changing background colours.

  • Your final files will be delivered as either .TIFF, .PSD for print use or .JPG for online unless otherwise requested.

    If layered files are requested, we cannot guarantee which layers will be preserved.

  • Your retouched images will be delivered over the internet via our website and can expect your images to be delivered within 10 business days.
