It has been about 17 years since the day I decided to pursue photography as a career and have had many ups and downs along the way. This craft has challenged me in ways I did not expect and I am extremely grateful for every experience I’ve had thus far. I strive to be a little better everyday and will always be pushing myself and the love for this craft.

Connecting, understanding and directing subjects who aren’t comfortable in front of the camera is a large part of what I love to do and is an integral part of my process. Photography isn’t always about good composition, good gear or nice lighting. Photography is about revealing the truth in front of the lens and letting the image speak for itself.

I’ve been lucky enough to be a part of many incredible projects. From a boardroom in downtown to a barn out in the country to a large commercial shoot to product images for a small business, I strive to give everything I have to every project. My roots and love for photography started with photojournalism and I try to carry that passion into my portraiture everyday.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We do our best to respond within one business day. Once we’re in touch we’ll start with a fifteen minute phone consultation and review your project. During our call we’ll go over how we can best work together, how the images we create can be used and schedule your shoot.

  • Our objective is to keep our sessions stress free and easy. We’ll be sharing images with you as we go to ensure we’re on the right track. Depending on the shoot the images will be displayed on an external monitor or the back of the camera.

  • When it comes to clothing we suggest dressing in an outfit that makes you feel confident and comfortable. Bring a few outfit options so you can have a variety of looks to choose from.

  • We have a hair and makeup artist that we collaborate with and can book them in advance at an extra fee.

    For women: Whether you use our in-house makeup artist or choose your own, we suggest getting your hair and makeup professionally done for the photoshoot.

    For men: We suggest getting your hair cut at least 3 days in advance.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • Retouching and editing includes sharpening images, blemish removal, adding or removing objects and people, dodging and burning, replacing skies, changing background colours.

  • Your final files will be delivered as either .TIFF, .PSD for print use or .JPG for online unless otherwise requested.

    If layered files are requested, we cannot guarantee which layers will be preserved.

  • Your retouched images will be delivered over the internet via our website and can expect your images to be delivered within 10 business days.
